Company Operating Model

Basic Service Process:1. Submit the required informationCustomers submit product demand information and sign a service contract with Cossel. To ensure the accuracy of product information and prices, customers need to send us the product requirements as detailed as possible, including product size, specification, quantity, conditions to be met, destination country and expected delivery date. It is best to provide estimated annual demand and target price so that we can negotiate with suppliers and factories to further reduce procurement costs. This will help us quickly and accurately find the product that best meets our customers' requirements.2. Product PurchasingWe search for a wide range of potential manufacturers from existing partners, databases, the Internet, trade shows and directories. For each product, we will provide customers with at least 3 qualified suppliers. However, the number of manufacturers may vary depending on the manufacturer scarcity of the requested product.3. QuoteAfter obtaining the customer demand information, we will send the quotation and product qualification to the customer within 1-2 working days. Quote will include product price, approximate shipping, customs charges.4. ProofingWhen the customer confirms the quotation and delivery date and is willing to proceed to the next step, we will ask the factory to request the sample from the factory (sample fee and shipping cost are paid by the customer).5. Factory AuditWe will send our inspectors to visit the factory on behalf of our customers. We will inspect the factory, negotiate the price and help our customers to video conference with the factory. The client needs to be reimbursed for travel expenses and a service fee of $300. Customers with orders over $100,000 are eligible for a service fee refund after the transaction is complete. (Customers need to inform us in advance to use this service, and we will confirm with the factory after consultation).6. Place an orderAfter the demand is satisfied, we will ask the factory to issue PI directly to the customer, and the customer will pay Cossel. After payment, we will contact the supplier in real time to monitor the progress and ensure on-time delivery.7. Production supervisionFor customers who need to supervise the production and delivery of the factory in real time, we can send a factory representative to supervise the production and report the progress of the factory every day, with photos and videos, and charge a service fee of $100 per person per day, and the travel expenses are determined by the customer according to the actual cost to reimburse. (Customers need to inform us in advance to use this service, and we will confirm with the factory after consultation).8. Pre-shipment inspectionWe can arrange professional pre-shipment inspection services provided by designated third parties and submit professional inspection reports to customers. The cost of the inspection report is about $200-300. This service is free for orders over $50,000. (Customers need to inform us in advance to use this service, and we will confirm with the factory after consultation).9. Logistics and customs clearanceAfter the customer settles the payment with Cossel, the factory will release the product immediately and send the product to the designated destination. We will help customers contact the freight company and do customs clearance (customers can also do it themselves). We will make quotations from our 3 freight forwarding companies at the same time according to the actual shipping situation and delivery time, and finally send the summary to the customer for reference. Customers will choose the best option at their own discretion and pay directly to any shipping company, including their own.11..After-sale serviceFrom the day the product is delivered, we will help resolve any issues that arise due to product usage or quality issues.
